Thesepostings should not appear in Indeed search.Example: A company planning to expand next quarter creates a talent pool posting to gathercandidates before positions become available.- `DRAFT_JOB`: Job postings in review that are not ready to go live. Remove this tag for the jobto appear on Indeed.Example: A hiring manager finalizes the job description, gets approval, and sets compensationbefore publishing.- `OPT_OUT`: Exceptional cases where jobs are hidden from Indeed search for reasons not covered byother codes.
