Input that controls whether the job posting appears in Indeed search. Reason codes:

- `CONFIDENTIAL_JOB`: Confidential job postings that should not appear in Indeed search.

  Example: An employer discreetly replacing a role hides the posting from Indeed search while
  using targeted channels (AutoSourcer, I2A, Smart Sourcing, or off-Indeed outreach).

- `TALENT_POOL`: Jobs not currently open that build a candidate pool for future openings. These
  postings should not appear in Indeed search.

  Example: A company planning to expand next quarter creates a talent pool posting to gather
  candidates before positions become available.

- `DRAFT_JOB`: Job postings in review that are not ready to go live. Remove this tag for the job
  to appear on Indeed.

  Example: A hiring manager finalizes the job description, gets approval, and sets compensation
  before publishing.

- `OPT_OUT`: Exceptional cases where jobs are hidden from Indeed search for reasons not covered by
  other codes. Not for general opt-out or policy circumvention. Discuss with your partner manager
  in advance; otherwise these jobs appear on Indeed.
