ATS Sync for Oracle HCM installation guide
Install your Indeed integration with Oracle HCM.
Also available in Canadian French (Français canadien).
Before you start
This installation requires technical configuration. Consult your IT department before proceeding.
Required roles:
- Oracle HCM administrator – Security Console access; creates the integration role, API user, and configuration package
- Indeed Employer Home administrator – Integrations Hub access; completes setup in Indeed
Decide in advance: test environment (sandbox vs production), company name source (Oracle organizations, custom name, or descriptive flexfield), and whether to configure compensation data (optional).
Review Requisition process and use case support for integration limitations and unsupported scenarios (for example, internal employee applications and duplicate profiles).
Installation overview
1. Configure Oracle HCM
Who: Oracle HCM administrator
Time: ~40 minutes (one-time setup)
Create the Indeed Integration Role, security profiles, and API user so Indeed can access your requisition and candidate data.
2. Install the integration with Indeed
Who: Oracle HCM administrator and Indeed Employer Home administrator
Time: ~10 minutes (one-time setup)
Upload the configuration package, enter credentials, test the job feed, and activate the integration in Indeed Integrations Hub.
