GraphQL schema change log: 2026-09-28

📘 Documentation: Updated the GraphQL schema and the GraphQL API Reference with these changes:

• Changed the description of input field AddSeatBodyInput.location from:

  Seat location.

  To:

  Seat location. Each seat must be a real work location for the job — a place where the work is actually done. Do not add seats to advertise in markets where the job is not based.

• Changed the description of field JobsIngestMutations.clearSeats from:

  Clears or expires seats on a job.

  To:

  Expires agency-created seats or removes updates from ATS-created seats.
  For an agency-created seat added with [`addSeats`](/api/job/mutations/jobsIngest/addSeats), `clearSeats` removes [`updateSeats`](/api/job/mutations/jobsIngest/updateSeats) changes and expires the seat so it no longer appears in search results.
  For an ATS-created seat, `clearSeats` removes updates only. The seat stays in [`seatsConnection`](/api/job/objects/EmployerJob).
  This call does not affect the parent employer job or other seats on the same job.
