Configure the ICIMS platform
Add the Indeed integration to your Apply Network, create Apply Workflows, and configure jobs.

Configure iCIMS to integrate with Indeed. This setup adds the Indeed integration to your Apply Network, creates Apply workflows for application questions, and prepares jobs for the integration.
Before you start
Learn the ICIMS Apply Network and platform configuration. See Configuring New and Existing Integrations with Apply Network on the ICIMS support site. Sign-in required.
Step 1: Add the Indeed integration to your Apply Network
Add the Indeed integration to your Apply Network. Create Apply Workflows and configure jobs.
- Go to your ICIMS Apply Network configuration.
- To set up your integration, follow Configuring New and Existing Integrations with Apply Network on the ICIMS support site. Sign-in required.
- In the vendor selection, select Indeed.
Step 2: Create Apply Workflows
Create Apply Workflows to define the profile fields, screener questions, and EEO questions job seekers see. Apply Workflows are groups of these application questions.
- In ICIMS, create lists of profile fields, screener questions, and EEO questions for applications.
- See Understanding Apply Workflow on the ICIMS support site to configure Apply Workflows. Sign-in required.
Step 3: Configure jobs
Link Apply workflows to jobs in ICIMS and opt those jobs into the Apply network. This controls which questions Indeed asks for each job from the ICIMS Apply network.
- Link your Apply workflows to jobs in ICIMS.
- Opt jobs into the Apply network so they are included in the feed to Indeed.
