Finish the installation on Indeed
Connect the integration to your Indeed account, confirm guidelines, review configurations, and publish jobs.

Complete the installation in Indeed: connect the integration, confirm application data collection guidelines, review job configuration, and publish jobs to Indeed.
Before you start
Confirm that your ICIMS administrator has completed the platform configuration. Add the integration to your Apply Network in ICIMS before you connect it in Indeed.
Step 1: Connect a new integration with your Indeed account
After your ICIMS administrator adds the integration in ICIMS, it appears on your Apply Network setup page under System Configuration as a Validate button.

To connect the integration to your Indeed account, click Validate.

Complete the sign-in screens. If your sign-in is linked to multiple integrations, choose the correct account and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Administrator accessOnly administrators can validate an ICIMS integration. If you are not an Indeed administrator, share the link with your Indeed administrator to complete installation.

To reach Integrations Home and finish the ICIMS ATS Sync installation, complete the authentication screens.
Step 2: Confirm application data collection guideline
Complete Configure ICIMS and, if you want, Enhance your job feed in the checklist to see this step.
Your ICIMS Apply Workflow questions appear to job seekers on Indeed.
- Review your Apply Workflows so your questions:
- Follow Indeed's terms and moderation policies
- Do not ask for sensitive information that breaks local employment laws
- Are relevant to the job
Indeed can flag or remove jobs with non-compliant questions. See Why Was My Job Flagged Indeed Job Posting Requirements Guide.
- Select the checkbox and Continue.
Step 3: Review configurations and supported jobs
Review jobs added to the Apply Network before you publish them to Indeed. Download the file to check job information and count, then open the applyURL to see the application flow candidates.

In step 3 of the installation checklist, download the job file.
Processing timeJobs added to the Apply Network can take up to 30 minutes to appear in the file. If the file looks incomplete, try again later.

To make changes, go to ICIMS and update jobs and Apply Workflows as needed.
Step 4: Publish jobs to Indeed
After you complete or skip the Indeed Apply Sync install steps, publish the jobs to Indeed.

If this feed replaces another, confirm your sponsorship campaigns are migrated for the new integration.

Work with Indeed Client Success to reduce interruption. The
feedIDand job reference numbers change on the new integration.
