Overview
The Disposition Sync API is a GraphQL API that ATS partners use to send disposition data to Indeed, for both Indeed Apply and other jobs. Disposition data is any update a recruiter or hiring manager makes after a candidate applies. This integration is required to send that data.
With the Disposition Sync API, you can track an application from submission through to its final disposition. The API supports all standard disposition statuses, and Indeed uses the data to improve the job search experience for candidates and to give employers insights into their hiring.
