- Must be fully launched with an established business presence and verifiable information available online.
- Must be a paid product.
- Must have a robust client vetting process to ensure legitimate clients and prevent fraudulent activity.

|
| Prohibited | - Beta or newly launched ATS products.

Client exclusivity
The ATS's clients cannot use a different ATS on their company website.
For example, if Indeed receives a file for an ATS and discovers that one of their clients, company X, uses a different ATS on companyxwebsiteexample.com, then the ATS cannot include company X in their file.
Staffing and recruitment content
If including staffing or recruitment content, you must segment it into separate XML files.
Or, if you use the Job Sync API, use metadata to accurately label the content in the appropriate API fields.
Job data and policies
Job data and policies| Required | - All job data in the ATS file must match the job data on the client's career site.
- Every job must have a landing page with a job description.
- All jobs must comply with Indeed's policies including Job Posting Standards.
