Overview
The Data viewer helps you build Job Sync API integrations. Use it to view jobs sent from your feed, confirm receipt, and check processing status. Access it through Partner Console.

Who can access the tool
Only partners in Japan who have set up a Job Sync integration in the Partner Console can access the Data viewer. Not all users can access the tool.
Key features and functionality
- Job feed visibility: View all jobs received from your feed, including job IDs and job titles.
- Processing status: See the status of each job as it moves through the Indeed pipeline.
- Accepted: The job has been processed and accepted.
- Rejected: The job was not accepted. (Specific rejection reasons are not displayed.)
- Pending: The job has been submitted but not yet processed.
- Filtering and search: Filter jobs by date, company, or status (accepted, rejected, pending).
- Integration type toggle: Switch between jobs posted to Indeed and Indeed PLUS. Acceptance rules may differ between these options.
- Simple interface: The tool is designed to be intuitive and easy to access from the Partner Console.
How and when to use the tool
Use the Data viewer during the development and setup of your job feed integration to confirm that jobs are being sent and received correctly. While you can use the Data viewer for ongoing monitoring, it is intended to support the integration setup phase.
Limitations and known issues
- Only partners in Japan with Job Sync integrations can use the Data viewer.
- The tool does not display specific reasons for job rejection due to moderation policies.
- The Data viewer is not intended for ongoing operational monitoring, but you can use it for that purpose if needed.
- The Data viewer does not show http logs or expired jobs.
