Input that controls whether the job posting appears in Indeed search. Reason codes:

CONFIDENTIAL_JOB: Confidential job postings that should not appear in Indeed search.Example: An employer discreetly replacing a role hides the posting from Indeed search while using targeted channels (AutoSourcer, I2A, Smart Sourcing, or off-Indeed outreach).

TALENT_POOL: Jobs not currently open that build a candidate pool for future openings. These postings should not appear in Indeed search.Example: A company planning to expand next quarter creates a talent pool posting to gather candidates before positions become available.

OPT_OUT: Rare or exceptional cases where jobs are hidden from Indeed search for reasons not covered by other codes. Not for general opt-out or policy circumvention. Always discuss with your partner manager in advance.
