Indeed apply

• 📘 Documentation: We updated the version of Screener Questions used for Indeed Apply from 1.1 to 1.2. The new version includes three new JSON questions parameters:

  • minCharCount.

  • minSelectionCount.

  • maxSelectionCount.

📘 Documentation:

• We updated where several docs are located on docs.indeed.com. The following is a list of docs that have moved, along with their new locations.
  • OAuth docs can now be found under Authorization.
  • Disposition Sync API and Indeed Apply docs can now be found under Candidates.
  • Job Sync API, ATS JavaScript Plugin, and Publisher JavaScript Plugin docs can now be found under Job postings.
  • Partner Console docs can now be found under Get started.
  • Indeed PLUS docs are now combined with the rest of our API documentation. The new Indeed PLUS landing page shows where Indeed PLUS docs can be found.
  • Troubleshooting docs can now be found under Troubleshoot OAuth errors and Troubleshoot GraphQL errors.

Indeed PLUS - ATS JavaScript Plugin

• ⚠️ Deprecation: We have deprecated the web interviews feature of the ATS JavaScript Plugin. Web interviews documentation can now be found under the Candidates category.

• ⚠️ Deprecation: We are deprecating our legacy JSON questions format in our Application Data reference and will only be supporting the questionsAndAnswers and screenerQuestionsAndAnswers format starting April 1, 2025.

Disposition Sync API

• 📘 Documentation: We added documentation about additional requirements for Indeed PLUS partners in Japan who use the Disposition Sync API. For more information, see For Japan partners.

Job Sync API

• ➕ Improvement: We updated our list of job types. You can now create job postings for new graduates, volunteers, and project contracts. For more information, see Job types.

• 🚀 New feature: You can now create job postings for jobs from placement business companies (staffing agencies) on Indeed PLUS partner job boards. For more information, see Placement companies.

• 🚀 New feature: You can now create job postings for task-based jobs on Indeed PLUS partner job boards. For more information, see Task-based salaries.

• 🚀 New feature: You can now create job postings for commission-based jobs on Indeed PLUS partner job boards. For more information, see Commission-based salaries.

Partner Console

• 🚀 New feature: Approved partners can now manage their OAuth credentials and access Indeed Apply tokens directly via Partner Console. For more information, see Credentials.

Indeed PLUS - ATS JavaScript Plugin

• 🚀 New feature: The sponsored jobs feature of the ATS JavaScript Plugin is now available. Add this feature so employers can sponsor jobs on Indeed from your applicant tracking system (ATS). You must have an Indeed account associated with your ATS to use this plugin. An Indeed representative gives you ATS keys. For more information, see Set up your app.
