Disposition statuses
When you opt in to Disposition Sync, Indeed receives disposition statuses. Each value is the stage your candidate has reached in the application process. This data appears on your managed candidates on Indeed. Stages:
- Initial Review
- Interview
- Screen
- Offer
- Hired
- Rejected
Indeed stores only normalized disposition values, not custom statuses. Indeed uses this data to improve candidate matching.
