Register employers, sync candidate applications with Indeed, and get candidate information from Indeed for employers.

Overview
Before you can sync candidate applications with Indeed or get candidate information from Indeed for employers:
- 1.Authenticate with a 3-legged OAuth token that represents an employer with the
employer.ats_candidate.syncscope. This token associates the employer's Indeed account with their ATS account and must be created by an administrator or owner on Indeed. - 2.Register an employer and return registration information.

After registration, you can call these API operations. Authenticate them with a 2-legged OAuth token, which requires no user interaction.
