Representation of a pay range, in minor currency units
Examples:
- { min: 10, max: 20 }: Any value 10 <= x <= 20 is in the range
- { min: 20, max: 20 }: Salary is a point value in this case
- { min: null, max: 20 }: Any value 0 <= x <= 20 is in the range; can be read as "up to 20"
- { min: 10, max: null }: Any value 10 <= x is in the range; can be read as "at least 10"
